STARTING CLUE

Question

I have a question about the homework. I'll refer at 'esempio' during the question.

My doubt is if it is possible to find the starting clue in a city that is not the starting city.

Refering to 'esempio' can I find the clue 'la' in a city that is not the starting city 'ROMA'.

And if yes how sould we behave .. Start a new path or ignore it?

PS I can see that in this very example it does not happen, my question is more in general

The starting city is one of the parameters.

The clues could be present also in cities different from the one Nikita is, but she will follow only the instructions she can find in her town .
